Troy Davis Case: Part Four

Troy Davis is at risk of execution as early as September 2011, even though grave doubts about his guilt remain. Part Four "Clemency" explains what clemency is and why it is appropriate for Davis' case.

With all legal appeals exhausted, Davis' fate will be in the hands of Georgia's Board of Pardons and Paroles. Once his execution date is scheduled, they will be presented with the option of permanently preventing his execution.

Anyone who still believes that Troy Davis killed this cop, instead of Red Colds is just plan ignorant. For one thing why would Colds show up at the police station, WITH A LAWYER, to point out that Davis did it, unless he was trying to throw the heat off of himself. And would so many identify COKES as the shooter? Because COLES, not Davis, was the shooter.

Well, he shot that cop in the face and was given the death penalty. Just because his time has come, all of these bleeding heart liberals and NAACP wants to come out of the wood work. It didn't help in the end, he got what he deserved.
