  • Looks like he's having a lot of fun. my greyhound is 9, do you think she's too old to do the bigger jumps?

  • @ThatsJustLardy It just depends on how sound and how good a shape she is in. I've seen a lot of 9 year old greyhounds that are just too soft and too out of shape. But I've had greyhounds that were still jumping full height past 9 years of age... but they were sound and in good shape their entire lives.

  • its wat nicer to see greys doing something they want to do over something they're forced to, where they can have a connection with their owner and have fun... i want to adopt a black greyhound...i have other dogs but dont know whether to get a grey puppy or retired racer..

  • Thank you. Most of mine have been ex-racers. I got Reagan off the farm at 10 months, but otherwise everyone else a has been racer.

  • Oooooh, so jealous... I want my greys to do that!! =D

  • You can do it!!!

  • OMG! What a fast weave! Your greyhound is really focusing on you. This is good to see that greyhounds do agility tooo

  • Thanks, I think I'll get started trying! We're practicing some obedience indoors, and then we'll set up our dinky little agility set outside when it gets warm enough and not so rainy. I haven't thoroughly looked at your videos, but tips always welcome. ;-)

  • WOW Great job , I have a whippet that loves agilty and just got my first grey pup. he is almost 6 months now so he is a DORK but does good at obedience. just wanted to say Great job ,
