Tried a Titan 60kg military press with my weak arm but put too much bend into it i think, also tried some snatches to round it off.

  • Nice work mate! Just got my 64kg... jeeez, its a jump from 40kg! How long did it take you to go from 40 to 60? Did you just clean it and keep trying to press it?

  • @ElTorroist exactly that, clean it, then press it anyway you can, as far as i can see theres not a whole lot more prep you can do, just dont be discouraged by failure.

  • I can't beleive that there is people who say nice job .....You guys don't know shit about kettlebell if you think that the guy did a nice job....poor form , to heavy and not enough reps ....kettlebell works strenght endurence ......anyway that was not a nice job.. sorry ...look up valery fedorenko and steve cotter if you want to see good kettlebell lifts , then you 'll be able to say nice job

  • @rinlag1 also if you could point me in the direction of a VF or steve cotter vid that shows him actually pressing anything over 55kg, like a bent press or side press, as long as it's not a push press or jerk, i'll be happy to study the form and structure so i can finally get to the bottom of all the negative comments that reference other lifters that do nothing but lift kettlebells for a living.

  • @rinlag1 valery fedorenko? oh i see, so what you're saying is because i dont lift like the leading authority on sport lifting that it negates any effort put into anything i do here? heres a warning to all you lifters out there, don't bother posting on youtube unless youve broke a record already or won some titles, else some people will just not like it.

  • this is dangerous and unnecessary ...

  • @rinlag1 could you please upload videos showing yourself with 60 kg kettlebell? Just to compare ...

  • does he have aids

  • and sorry i know my spelling was awful there. but yeah,

the main reason people dont use them for single lift attempts is becuase they are just to damn expenisive.

i meen for somthing like a 4kg kettle ball its lie £20 so to get tons of them.

would be expensive and un practical.

anyway cant people just admit the man is strong!!

instead of trying to justify what they think.

with just aloud of bollucks. like e.g. your form bad or you aint ment to do that.

    give praise where its due!!!

  • hey i am going to put an end to the kettle ball nonsense.

first of all this man is an extremly strong man congratiolations.

most people cant one hand dl that much weight.

so to put it over you heard is a impressive admirable feat of strength.

and to the know it alls who say kettle balls are for endurance.

the only reason they are so popular for endurance.

is becuase kettle balls are to expensive to by eneogh weight for single lift attempts. that is the reason why people dont use them for that!

  • @DeezDz how about you post a video of you lifting anything before you cast criticisms for a start, secondly, to say 'it is not about how much weight you lift,' implies you know what 'it' is I'm training for, which you don't, there is no unifying principle behind putting weight above your head, I am not competing in GS or anything like that, just making myself stronger. And its working, bad form or not. Not to mention this video is one of my first attempts at lifting 60kg.

  • @jimmyjimmyf , dude, it's not about how much you lift. It's how you lift it. How about you post a video using proper form with a 20kg or even a 16kg?

  • @jimmyjimmyf , totally disagree. There's a lot of prep you can do and it starts with learning proper technique, then gradually increasing weight.

  • @rinlag1 Implying kettlebells can only be used for strength endurance is also ignorant

  • Impressive mate! You're a monster!
