  • The knife loooks nice enough, and has been made by a excellent knife maker. But darrex00 in the description says "it is a small bowie" " and tactical series" which is not the case. The blade should prove itself real well in survival and camping role, it is in the shape of spanish knives made during the last 40 yrs, with end of blade almost khukuri style, but with top end of the same sharpened. Good blade in O1.

  • Thank you for the video Sir. It does seem to me to be more like a Bolo style knife then a Bowie style knife. Either way it looks very stout and capabile of being a very good camp/survival knife. Thanks for sharing.

  • @darrex00 Hahahahaha! Now that was funny! LOL

  • I disagree with anyone who would say it would be better more like a kuhkri, kuhkri style is so ugly and I've owned a few and have found myself wishing it was a central American design instead, fads suck especially when it's a blade design. This is a good looking knife.

  • Looks like a strong blade.

  • VERY NICE. Great knife. Suggestion: I think that for rough woods or heavy jungle use it could be improved by changing the angle of the handle to the blade just slightly, by just a few degrees, to make it just a little more like a kuhkri.

Then add a small section of very sharp but aggressive saw teeth to the top edge, similar to the 1881 Swiss Engineer's bayonet, but leave a flat spot on top for when you 'baton' the knife through logs.

A small sinew stripping notch would be good too..

  • havent the faintest clue of what your saying but that knife looks like a wonderful thing to use.

  • I think he says "bowie" at 0:41.
