yeah, mine wasn't itchy at first either. i guess thats normal too thoughlol. Mine got a little bit itchy later on but it went away quick

yeah, over the spine and the back of my hipbones were the worst parts for me too lol but it is definitely worth it in the end =)

it didnt hurt all that bad, but as you can see in the video, i was complaining about the needle going over my bones lol (thats the worst part) but it goes pretty quick.. i guess it just depends on how boney your lower back is and how big the tattoo is lol
