The Bistro (P.F. Chang's Instructional Video Entry)

UPDATE: 03/02/11: Almost 4,000 views on this little video. I know its small compared to other things on here, but thank you to those that have watched this.

P.F. Chang's China Bistro had an instructional video contest last year. This is the entry my group put together. It is a restaurant take on "The Office". We didn't win, but they did like our script.

I work at P.F. Chang's in Los Angeles, Hosting and Take-out... Horrifying how much the manager reminds me of my GM. Also, it made me very sad that the first thing i noticed when the manager was seating the cameraman was that he wasn't holding a drink menu.

@scavmanch Ah. I don't know how much has changed since the last time I worked at P.F. Changs, but at the Santa Monica one, they didn't hand out drink menus. The drinks were listed on the back of the menus, I believe.

@OKellies Yeah i saw the post date was a couple years back, i've been at my location in LA for about 8+ months now so they probably added it sometime in there.. I was just commenting on how sad that made me that thats the first thing i looked at lol.
