  • One: This lawyer is doing his job. He is upholding the Law and doing his best to ensure that his client receives a just trial.

Two: Lawyers do not say things about their clients that could show favor for either side.

Three:if he were to say that he actually wants these guys to be executed, then the defense could go for a mistrial and drag this out longer.

I respect this man. Majority of the U.S. is to blunt to see he is upholding his beliefs in the faces of an extreme situation.

  • what lawyer is going to admit their clinets are guilty? The guys not going to say that so why even ask......

  • Where the #$%& does Bill O'Reilly get his flow of logic from? The lawyer did fairly well, holding up to O'Reilly's usual barrage of spins & interruptions...O'Reilly was just embarrassing.

  • Why is everyone missing the point? I don't agree with the fact that they were given a trial as though they were citizens, but THAT IS HOW IT PLAYED OUT. It was decided. We can't change that. Realize though that regardless of who represents them SOMEONE HAS TOO. That's how it is. This lawyer, and any other lawyer, is just doing what lawyers do.

Hating on him when the ultimate decision was out of his hands is insane, and stupid.

  • @ZSpark14 Were theses terrorists born here? No. Did they kill 3,000 people? Yes. They don't deserve the Constitution's rights that are listed because they're anti-American and they killed us! We should deal with them like we dealt with Awlaki over in Yemen! It's simple! The rule of Law applies to citizens, not illegal aliens, and definitely not terrorists.

  • Lawer: calm, truthful, and doing his job.

Bill: Patronizing, bias, and doing his job

  • @ZSpark14 he also knows they aren't getting away its an open and shut case, but he should donate his earnings he is making on the trial to the families his clients murdered

  • @AnnonamusKillah Yea those guys who killed themselves did it for the sake of the CIA and George W Bush, not Allah. Make sense much? I didn't think so.

  • I think O'Reilely is unprofessional and obnoxious. He keeps on asking the same stupid questions over and over again, and he tries to curb questions in such a way that tries to make the interviewee look bad. When this doesn't happen, he interupts and resorts to personal childish name callings. What a moron.

  • @BUDx2 Then the lawyer shouldn't be there or at least this lawyer shouldn't be critisized.

  • @cbfd234 Actually it is The O'Reilly factor is a commentary show where he presents his view and his guest presents theres its called a debate there buddy, maybe you should know what your talking about before you say stupid shit.

  • This lawyer is brilliant. He's not being biased as an American and is being neutral (exactly what his job is to be) and is doing what his job is to do: give the accused a fair trial.
