@namibiapa Yes, I've just realized how important stretching actually is.
So far, the pain i my right leg has eased up a bit after resting and icing it for a week or two.
I think that maybe i did too much to begin with, or didn't stretch and warm up properly??

@HitchHikersBlues yes warmup stretching prior to jogging is important.
otherwise see a doctor. Do dot strain yourself. They comeback with age.

I've been told it's a shin splint, and that i should stretch it and ice it often!

@HitchHikersBlues might be you are jogging too far at first. I shorten your distance at first and jog 2 sessions. then you can also drink salt tablets to retain water.
