The inspiration for this song comes from a Swedish gay-erotic comic strip about sewage workers. "The sewage workers were a rowdy bunch. In their bathroom, all the toilets were full of piss and shit, and all the stalls were broken from fighting. Sometimes they would tie each other to the toilets and piss and shit on each other. (Name) had been particularly arrogant, so on his birthday they prepared a special surprise for him."
