Royal Mail Van raises £8K for Barnardo's at BCA

Hundreds packed the auction hall at BCA Blackbushe for the sale of the widely publicised 1970 Royal Mail Morris Minor Van. Lovingly restored by Royal Mail engineers it had been donated to be sold to raise money for Barnardo's. Following some competitive bidding it sold for £8,000 - several hundred pounds above pre-sale estimates.

BCA commented "We were delighted to help Royal Mail raise such a significant amount on behalf of Barnardo's through the sale of this vehicle. Barnardo's believes in bringing the best out in every child and deserves support for the vital role it plays in bettering life every day for countless children throughout the UK. "

what  was the reg number ?? me and my m8 restored a minor for royal mail along time ago ! :) i toke alot of pic,s of the restore :)
