lol, never thought I'd hear that Karate Kid Part II music (probably from Chicago) in the background of one of these videos.

Very informative video.
Metriks' FCE software allows the healthcare professional to objectively quantify and report on a person's functional abilities.

I'm having a big problem, the muscles that keep my schoulder in place are to weak.I'l training very intensively and each time after 2 months of training I 've got a problem with the infraspinatus.I like the style of bodybuilding but to me its now more like body destruction....

Thanks for the video. The correction you showed at the end to stabilize the scapula made a huge difference for me, because I've been doing this with an anterior rotated scapula. I fixed this, and I now feel it deep in my exterior rotators where I need to strengthen.

@cervelo58 Thanks for the advice. Its not funny when people around you tell you that "it will heal before you get married" (im 18). Finding people to share your condition with on the internet somehow helps.
Im so depressed i strained my left shoulder 2 months ago and its weak as hell. T.T I need to get back in shape damn iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit. :((((((((((((((((((

@Altair565 Trauma and depression should probably be evaluated, in the clinic, by a physical therapist or a physician. Don't solicit advice from the Internet for emergent conditions that could represent serious pathology.
Good luck.

@thrust2008 Go ahead and point out how you would do it better.

One should lie down closer to the edge so as to allow a greater range of motion in the eccentric contraction.

chupalambestaki,
I disagree. This technique has been extensively tested in the clinic and by researchers.
The difficult part is in stabilizing the scapula - not in getting more range of motion.
Do the exercise exactly as the video demonstrates. Try to follow along with the audio instructions.
