Description: Del Valle High School is a High School in El Paso, TX. It is in the Ysleta District. This school is very nice. It opened in 1987, which is pretty modern. Sometime in the 2000's, they added to the school, where the ThyssenKrupp elevator is. Speaking of which, this school has 3 elevators. They are 2 Dover elevators, and 1 new ThyssenKrupp elevator was added along with the new building. The student population is 2,000 students, which is pretty big. The cafeteria is very nice, considering it is in an atrium, where the people on the 2nd floor can look down at the cafeteria. The food does not look as nasty as food in the EPISD district. Notice something, this school has no lockers. Students are to carry their books around the entire day, no matter how heavy they are. No lockers, and no cubbys. This school is also said to be haunted. It is said that 3 band members were shot and until now, they haunt the school. I am sorry if the parts of the video was bad when i had to hold my camera toward the ceiling. This is because this school has high security. When I passed by the entrance, there were a lot of security guards. So sorry if in parts of the video, all u see is the ceiling. To tell u, this school is a very good school. I would recommend going here if you live in the area. Although this school has so much security, but it is a good school. And you are allowed to ride the elevators. I am glad that they are not locked off. Also, I am not sure how the bells in this school sound. I got there too late to film them. They are tone bells 100% for sure. U see no bells mounted on the walls, only speakers. I will film them sometime and I will upload a video of them.

@FGelevators I have a separate video of that elevator. And I could not get on it at that moment. Notice when i was walking how there was a security guard, and this elevator is right beside the enterance. I think students are not allowed to ride the elevators, because I see no one else riding them. Look at my other video, i think i have that elevator filmed. And yes, this school does have no lockers because this school goes on A B schedule. Neither does Americas, El Dorado, or Hanks have lockers.

@FGelevators Yea, that would be cool to have a glass elevator in the atrium. But u know how schools are, they get the cheapest elevators. Some get expensive ones.

@GMSamuelRhine mmmmm, yea i agree with u. I kinda like schools with atrium's like that. And if u think this school looks like a prison, wait until I do a video tour of Americas High School in El Paso. I went there last year for a conference, and man, i mean that school looks like a jail. The blacktop and the back where all the sports are outside looks like a prison yard. The building itself looks like a detention center. I will be going there to do a tour sometime.
