@KuggeR23 no there is actually a way to fight the guy, cause if you don't get him to calm he puts the gun at the clerk and you can charge and tackle the guy down thats what happened when i played it.

oh i thought there will be an action scene where a civilian will rescue a shop being robbed by a fistfight or a gunfight. but it turned out to be an episode of Dr. Phil.
