Because i own one, i found if you turn the feet out just a little side to side, the feet don't knock each other. I admit this video made me laugh, but why didn't they tell her what to do instead of making it into a joke?

Not by the people in the video. That's what I was referring to. If a random person like you could know that by doing a little Google search, you'd think a production crew in charge of making a marketing infomercial could find that out. They say in the video that they don't know anything about it.
