The town of Sangin in Helmand has become infamous as far as British Forces are concerned, not least because of the number of lives that have been lost there. Royal Marine Commando Captain Marty Adams was last in the district centre there in 2005, with the Mobile Air Operations Team. Now he's serving with 40 Commando and has gone back to Forward Operating Base Jackson to discover what changes there've been. This is his story.
