Well, actually when reload sound came, Laurent "reloads" with that move, and when the gun shots came, he does the shot move with his left hand fingers. So he is right on time with all the moves. :) and btw, Les Twins are not people, they are totally from another planet ;D

@autinkering No you are mistaken...Laurent is going off the "bang" in the lyrics not the actual gunshot... you can hear it right after the gunshot effect.

@bluedevilsriseinhell Sorry, but I don't think Laurent's part is out of sync-- the whole video was off by a certain amount and everything but Laurent's "gun shot" seems synced,-- including the announcer's mouth movements. If the beginning of the video is "on sync" and the end of it is "on sync" then everything in the middle seems likely to be "on sync" too. Besides, his other moves are on the beat.

@bluedevilsriseinhell (cont.) I know this because the first time around I tried syncing up the gun shot-- I thought, "Laurent's always on point! I really like the look of this gunshot move when the sound is lined up with it!" You can see that original video (now unlisted) here: /watch?v=-RW2otXkZFw
But doing that threw the whole video off. You just have to accept, like I did, that he's human and he can make mistakes.
