@albandenval You do realize that if white people were a minority (or otherwise marginalized group) in America then white people would also likely be victims of micro-aggression, yes? We're lucky enough to be the dominant social and cultural force in our society, so we don't have to deal with quiet/subtle reinforcements of norms that marginalize us -- because there *are* no dominant sociopolitical norms that marginalize us. It's easy to dismiss this thinking when you're at the top.

Another example of microaggresions was recently shown in a new study. Male students are graded harsher by female teachers which is a good example of microaggresions.....but apparently its not an microaggresion if the victim is a white male. Interesting.
