I bought a groupon or living social (can't remember which) for a Brazilian Keratin treatment. I have never had this treatment done before and when I communicated that to my stylist she did little to make me feel that this was a good choice for me. The people who work there are very cold. I was pressured into buying products that I didn't need and felt comfortable saying no, but the attitude I got for saying no was unprofessional.

i've had other laser procedures done and it's somewhat of a medical process where they need to assess your skin type, photosensitivity, ask if your taking antibiotics, if you've been in the sun recently, etc. but nothing was precautioned.

the place was filthy and dated. the equipment was dirty, unclean, gel all over the place. not sanitary at all. quite disgusting. i was appalled by this experience and i wonder how they manage to stay open at all.

I usually do not write up reviews, but I was so turned off by this place that it was necessary. The most terrible service, professionalism i've ever experienced . I bought a groupon for this place, and I have to say FALSE advertisement. dont trust the positive reviewers below b/c they are working for them, are them, or are friends of the business.

The salon sounded very inviting when advertised on Groupon, so I jumped in and purchased a series of laser hair removal sessions. I came in with high expectations only to find a very mediocre, far from clean and totally empty place (no wonder!!) I've had absolutely no results after finishing the laser series (they use IPL). Oh, and please do not get any pedicures there (unless your idea of fun is taking a course of liver-damaging prescriptions, that is ;-) )

The staff is very cold and unfriendly. When I walked in, the staff just stared me up and down and didn't even ask if they could help me. After a few minutes I asked if I could be helped. They told me to take a seat and I was helped 25 minutes later. The lady didn't say anything or even smile throughout the service.
