While you may be correct that most West Virginians are of a lower economic status than the national average, they have not yet fallen to the level of sub humanity found in Pittsburgh where the citizens routinely exterminate each other for territory to sling crack cocaine. The entire state of 1.8 million west Virginians has on average, fewer murders (55) in one year than the city of Pittsburgh (65) , population 312,000. It is beyond pathetic.
