NBC Miami's Ari Odzer cooks alligator cakes with Chef Dwayne Admas of Johnny V Fort Lauderdale, a participating restaurant in this year's Dine Out program (2009). Chef Adams explains to Odzer that gator meat is among the healthiest foods available. Dine Out is a six-week culinary celebration of Greater Fort Lauderdale restaurants in which a three-course, $35 price-fixed menu is being offered through November 12.
