Regarding why they played One Week instead of a newer song;
I'm going to take a random guess that they didn't practice / didn't have much time to practice before this performance, and went to their default live show song, which is this.

That may be but Steven is out of the band as of now. He left for due to him getting busted for drugs sadly.
