Where is the common sense? People need to stop being little whiny bitches about the whistles

Quiet zones are stupid. By me there have been at least one accident a month since the quiet zones were implemented last year. This is horrible. People knew what they were getting when they moved in. These quiet zones are unsafe, unreliable, and need to stop.

Don't they usually put up signs along the road prior to the crossing telling motorists and pedestrians that it's a "quiet zone" or that the train horn won't sound?
I have no problem with quiet zones, so long as the railroads are given immunity from lawsuits filed by anyone struck by a train in one of them. Of course, that's bound to p.o. some ambulance chasers, but that's not really a problem either.
