A shame that it's far to much work to make real 3D trenches for a normal gaming table. 2D trench templates are just not even near as cool as things on this diarama.

The game is called War Machine, it's a Skirmish-level Miniatures battle game. If you're familiar with the RPG Iron Kingdoms, it's set in the same world.
