Robbie would make a great Bond..he has the intensity in his eyes and makes great sarcastic expressions. That's what I like to see in a Bond. He definitely has a Connery-esque look as well.

VH-1 came out in the mid-80's but once the bugs were worked out and the people like myself that watched Mtv in it's infancy started seeing the good classic rock videos making way for bubblegum, hip hop, grunge, rap which ruined Mtv in my opinion and made alot of us switch to VH-1 to see the great old performances of legendary bands. By the early 90's the only good show left on Mtv was "Headbanger's Ball".

In my opinion Mtv did not stopped it in 1998 but more around 2004/2005, but I'm french so maybe it has something to do with it! And I'm from 1991 btw...

If you gotta ask what "real" music is, then you probably aren't old enough to remember. No offense but I have talked to twenty somethings who think Backstreet Boys is old school & Hilary Duff originated "Our Lips Are Sealed".
