Prayer really is one of the most important of all Christian activities. Without prayer, faith is dead and means nothing. Prayer is the source of spiritual strength and grace. I am just now reading Fr. M's book on prayer. It's one of the best books I've read in a long time. "Orthodox Prayer Life"
