you need to start working on that if you want to join up and it not be as much a living hell as it can be for those that are not in the best shape for their body.
It is not taking things away from you, it is a gain.

@Comedy4371 Build up your endurance. Run everyday and keep pushing yourself to go further and further . . the more you run the more used to it your body will become which will allow you to dig deep and see how far you can go. Do pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups on a daily basis, and occasionally do some weight training. Make sure you stop eating junk food if you do and start eating right. Drink at least a gallon of water a day. Good luck kid! I leave for boot in 16 days.
