Wow I admire your loyalty to this place but if only you tried Phnom Penh Noodle House on Beechnut & Boone you wound find the original owners that got you hooked in the first place. (Pho HTNV was sold to new owners Nov. 2007) And I'm pretty sure we (my mom & I) would still recognize you :)

@jtia306 If Phnom Penh Noodle House uses REAL BONES IN THE POT, then I will try them out . Odds are they are like most cheap Pho restaurants and use canned beef broth.
