this would actually be an interesting fight, both of these are very interesting characters and their the more calm type opposite to the ppl they regard as annoying (zaraki/grimmjow?)

though in my opinion ulquiorra would win in a real fight

alquiorra vs byakuya? it would be clash of titans, they are just to powerfull, they would just destroy each other. alquiorra release form vs the bankai of byakuya, in my opinion, they are equal.
