@FitFury Awesome video! I'm going to start this routine as soon as I recover from my meniscus injury. I don't know much about fitness, so I have a question; will these workouts also help increase my speed? If not, any advice on how? Thanks a lot bro! Keep these videos up bro!

@Tino7 These exercises can be a foundation to build your explosiveness and speed! to get faster it comes from strong hip flexor and then the rest of the core in general. Train with this exercise for your strength then also make sure your are doing speed specific drills like quick steps, ladder drill circuits, explosive starts, proper sprint form and etc. you do this and combined it with that you will be in a whole other world compared to the competition! Let me know how it goes for you.
