Stryper was just as good as any other hairband from the 80's...I love this song...I think it rocks...Who cares if they were a Christian rock band...They we're very talented musicians...The fact that they sang about God made them all the more intriguing...Stryper is awesome!

It's obvious that you are making these statements because you don't like christian metal bands. If you don't like them, fine, but they did achieve a level of success most bands only dream about. Your opinion dosen't change facts. I grew up in the 80's too, so I know what i'm talking about.

I said nothing in my comment about them inventing anything. whether you like it or not, you can't deny these guys are kickass musicians. The fact is, To Hell With The Devil sold over 4 million copies. In God We Trust went platinum 2 weeks after it's release. That's success. There are bands out right now that I can't stand to listen too, but if they sell several million copies of a record, i'm not dumb enough to say they aren't successful. You are letting your anger rot your brain.
