Fixing long term roles in a system creates human inequality. There should have some mechanism to crack these fixationism in organization so to allow facets of human reality be shown and rectified in laws system and courts.

Too bad. These are all just talks. Our court procedure is just a religious and it lies to people about equality of every individual including judge, lawyer, plaintiff, jury .. and so forth because by their roles they are not equal in a court at all.
