This is a great exercise to do at home, in a park, or at the gym. I did this in my leg workout today and it was a killer. I did 1 set with no weight and 3 sets of 15 with 35lbs on each leg. It's a great exercise to tighten and tone your legs and glutes and will help you lose body fat because you are burning a ton of calories. You will get in a bit of cardio too, your heart rate will jump up quickly
