@guitarfreakirl Try a simple search of "AS103 Jazz" and you'll see "The Jazz Guitar Forum" come up. Often if you add "forum" to your searches you'll see what real people are saying, not just marketing. Thanks for listening! I'll do more eventually, but I have recently damaged the nerve in my pinky and can't play at full capacity. I may need an operation. Search "Finger Flight Aftermath" in my "Aerial video" playlist for the full story. Regards!

@guitarfreakirl Furthermore, this video doesn't really highlight the traditional playing style that would showcase the real jazzy sound of the guitar. I'm using an ebow and slide and delay in a weird improv, rather than showcasing real-world playing. I took a chance by going for this over some 500.00 epiphone or Ibanez, and I'm so glad I did. This one's a keeper! I got it used "mint" from musician's friend.

@guitarfreakirl My thoughts are that this is a stellar jazz box! Jazz guys are the main people using this guitar. That jazz tone is warm and almost dull, and using the neck pickup you have pure jazz. It's not too bright, and it's not overly dark. If you need more dark, you have the tone knob. I have a les paul ad it's too bright in the bridge and too dark in the neck, this AS103 is perfect IMO! And man was I surprised how good it played out of the box!.

I love this guitar also but how does it do on jazz, does it have that warm jazz sound? I read somewhere that it may be a bit too bright for jazz in comparison to a Peerless Renaissance for example in this youtube clip watch?v=IQWgriAWA94, another guitar I am also considering. What are your thoughts.
Finally I love the colour of you model, is that the violin sunburst?

@BCNoel1 If you search another ebow vid of mine called "EBow Guitar 01 - Demo Lessons" you can find a link to some ebow lessons in the info section. They are totally fun!. Best with humbuckers. Use the neck pickup, turn off the bridge pickup. Also turn the tone and volume down to about 20%, and you'll get a much better sound.

@Paulfga Thanks! I really dig this guitar. I'm still dialing in the best amp settings with the Mesa LoneStar Special. Mesas are pretty fiddly.
