I have been doing RG at a club now for about a month and my splits have gotten much better but right now I am not warm so they arent that great .. haha but i didnt have alot of time :)

  • @jadeannee well b4 rg i have my right split and sometimes my left then after a month i had my middle and oversplits on both sides and my back be came muchhhhh more flexible :)

  • Do you think one should keep up with the back strecthes even if they cause them low back pain ?

  • @mersylla it depends on if its a "stretching" pain or a stabbing pain...
