@jadeannee well b4 rg i have my right split and sometimes my left then after a month i had my middle and oversplits on both sides and my back be came muchhhhh more flexible :)

Do you think one should keep up with the back strecthes even if they cause them low back pain ?

@mersylla it depends on if its a "stretching" pain or a stabbing pain...
