These live steam engines are MEG Steam Wendy 0-4-0 locomotives on 7 1/2" gauge at Bitter Creek Western, a private Railroad in California. First off is Jeff Badger's engine, then Roger joins him for a double header! Also, stay tuned at the very end for Jeff's very special modification to his engine!

  • @bundytrombone they are great engines and i know the one at are club is about the funnest engine ther. Fast powerful and make steam like crazy!

  • guy at my club is buying badgers engine! gonna be sooooooo cool!

  • Back in the Civil War era, many firemen would keep bacon hanging on the firebox door since they never could really keep it completely closed if they were in a hurry. in some emergencies they'd also use sizeable hunks of ham or uncut bacon meat to toss in a fire to give it a little kick start(because of all the grease in the meat)

  • Something happened like this at my club, two identical 2-8-0s doubleheaded

  • Whew! An absolute joy to watch! Thanks!

Also, some cool Hitchcock effects as you zoomed out while moving forward on the train :P

  • i love it captain, making pizza on a live steamer. genious idea, i love it
