This is my second week and I've already lost 5 pounds. I was really surprised how I didn't miss the junk food at all! I never thought I could say that and it's so nice not to have to think about food all the time! I don't have to fix any special meals seperate from the family and it doesn't cost me anything! I so wish I'd found out about this plan sooner

.....hold on here............Egads. i got it. Saturday and Sunday.........however, would one get more results if he/she not eat sweets except for just birthday and/or holidays? -

Good luck to you, Anna! I've just started on the "No S" diet this week too and it's been very difficult breaking habits. However, I do believe that "No S" is the way for me to go. I will watch your blogs from now on.
