Update: iOS 5 will support custom sounds for everything. If you can't figure this out, just wait until the fall, when iOS 5 is officially released. I'm using beta 3 right now.

@ozzevans Please check out my video how to install sms tones easily using ONLY iTunes !!!!! There is no need to jailbreak or do other crap like people have been doing... completely unnecessary.
