j quit cold turkey after smoking for 10 yrs ... day 9 for me first two days were really tough but now no urges whatsoever......

Hi, I watched a couple of your videos, and it helped me! I had read Allen Carr's book some years ago but I wasn't ready then. For about 4 months I have been on a nicotine replacement therapy government sponsored program.... IE, Gum, the patch or inhalers. But today I came to the conclusion after watching some Allen Carr I have to just quit, period. btw, 99 percent of the nicotine is out of you in just a few days. anyway, thanks for putting up your videos!!
