My chicken coop look crappy compared to yours. But my chicken run is about 10 x 4 with a child's playhouse, ( don't ask me why they like it.) The coop is inside and it about the same size as yours with plastic window blinds on two sides. I learned from another urban chicken farmer to use old plastic milk crates, (with one side cut down,) as their nest when filled with hay or straw.. They're easy to clean and they feel safe. And they're stackable.
