OKAY, here's the deal.
Everyone who attended VR had the option of being first to register, and they could put bundles of 10 into the system for reduced registration fees. There are 600 priority seats. 700 people attended VR. Many of them are doing bundles. If you do the math, it is pretty sure that all the priority seating will be gone by next week when the VR cards are charged. We expect the event to sell out quickly.

All TDPs who send bundles will be put into the system when Annette comes in at 6 a.m. on the 1st.

The person sending in the bundle is the card that will be charged for all 10 registrations. It is up to the TDP to get the fee from those who want to bundle. Your card will also be put on file to hold their hotel room if they want to book one of our 3 hotels. They will need to call in and change that. [they will need to choose 3 hotel in order of preference because I'm pretty sure the Marriott will sell out first]

Marriott Downtown - $199[closest to venue]
Hilton Downtown - $199
Radisson - $99 (single occupancy) / $109 (double occupancy)
Grand America -- TBA


Ken's PLR will be entering registrations on a first come, first served basis. She has already received several 'bundles' that she will be putting in that morning [as will all the other PLRs].
