@TensionAirsoft if you're talking 'bout stuff like hunting, then a longbow or a recurve would be just fine in some cases, but wheels and string releases would be nice if your hunting something that has tough thick skin, then you would want something with a little more power. Plus, we were just talking 'bout skill, doesn't matter if it's a compound, longbow, recurve, they all have to have the same basic skill. Complain about the bows they are using, not their skill.

@eternalife14 but the real tradition and experience comes with an old longbow or recurve where there are no sights, no wheels, no string releases, just you, your bow and your target

@TensionAirsoft I think they have alot of skill, to properly shoot a compound bow you have to get your form perfect, and you also have to be incredibly relaxed. Compounds help with your range and keeping your string back when you aim. On top of that, those releases they were using only release when they are using their back tension properly, if you don't you would be standing there for however long you want without the release releasing the string. Plenty of skill o~o...

@dennisthemenace0WNS Why are they dumb fucks? To me it takes FAR MORE skill to use a an old style bow than something with a fibre optic lens that shows you exactly where your going to hit.  Also, your comparison is invalid considering now your talking about something we use for protection versus a "skills" competition gadget.
