Vectacrafts OSPREY 18H bundler for horizontal collation

Video shows the collating & wrapping machine OSPREY 18H. The cartons are received from the upstream cartoner into the in-feed conveyor. Depending on its orientation, they are first made erect. Then they are collated in the required matrix and pushed to the wrapping station. Here, the bunch is wrapped with BOPP film and the overlapped side is first sealed. The film ends are then neatly folded in envelope-style fold and sealed from both sides to form a sturdy multipack.

Vectacraft offers cartoners in speeds from 30 to 300 cpm in horizontal and vertical models. OSPREY series bundlers, matching all speeds of cartoners also available. The main wrapping material is BOPP but other heat-sealable film can also be used. Bundlers are used for collating & wrapping cartons or bare products like soaps, biscuits and whole lot of cuboid-shaped products.
