hah!! Is that a glut-ham gastric raise station you have just off camera??? I've been all over the world to hundreds of different gyms and I've never seen one of those. The only place I've seen on is in research articles. Its superior to anything else in training the lower back, but your trainers aren't going to see those anywhere outside of your gym.
