Looks like a nice town. Nice music, too. I wonder, do pedestrians have absolute right of way on those zebra crossings, like in the UK?

Portland is quite special for an American town. There are relatively few pedestrians, but drivers tend to stop if you look across the street, regardless if there is a zebra crossing.
