Spore - A Young Player's Perspective

One of the most popular search terms that deliver people to my blog is "Spore," often in keyword combinations that imply people are trying to decide whether it's OK for their kids to play. I read a book titled "Everything Bad Is Good For You," by Steven Berlin Johnson, and I think this video serves as an effective illustration of one of its central messages: Kids get more out of PC games than we might think. I tried here to capture how Joe has experienced this game, including positive and negative elements of his experience.
