exfessional's a fucking retard and so is buddy that built this thing.... as a mechanic all i have 2 say is why the fuck a kia bud?? my s14 would blow the fucking doors off that thing and make u look like a clown u put way way way too much money into a peice of scrap. if u wanna make the trip ill race u for pinks. and if i dont part it out it might make a nice feild car whoever thinks suping up a kia is a good idea go get ur head checked their not built for it dummies.

As a mechanic you should know that *ANY* car can do better than you s14. Why would you wanna race for pinks if you don't like the car my friend? The Kia runs good, and its hungry, I'm not done with it tho...

i have a question i have a 2004 spectra lx with tha 2.0 but i looked at tha 04 top end and it is differnt then i looked at tha 05 top end and thats wat it is my question is can u put a 05 top end on a 04 block?

Are you shure your engine is a 2.0?

If it is a 2.0 you should have the same engine.

the kia spectra is just like a honda civic without v-tec. if you don't like them then don't buy one. you dont have to put them down

there is simply no way this car is fast, sure its zippy and handles decent at best, but so does a stock CRX, this kia is too heavy and under powered to perform well

@95jakethesnake next time try another lie. your kia is not running a 9 in the quarter. probably not even in the 8th dumb ass. and why twin turbo a fuckin inline engine? not that i truely believe that you have a twin turbo kia. but twin turbos on inline engines are more restrictive thats why all the high horsepower supras and skylines upgrade to bigger single turbos. and i can guaruntee that your kia can not handle the horse power it would take to run a 9.

nice work on the kia, should have cut the music when you started it up though. and for all the people who are all "wtf, a kia? fag blahblahblah". if you got the money, you could make a yugo or anything else of 4 wheels beat just about anything. its not a matter of what car you chose, its a matter of how much you got to spend. and seeing as he put a whole new engine in, im guessing this guy has more then most of yall could hope for.

I drive a Kia Spectra 5. It is a highly customized show car that is also a daily driver. I only enter national shows and I usually win my class or place in the top 3. I have never been beat by a Honda. As for racing, why? I used to drive Formula 2 for Martini/Brabam back in the 70's. No street car will ever stand up to that. I like to do things that everyone else thinks is trash just to prove them wrong. Putting Kia's down? Why are you so afraid of a Kia?
