This movie was amazing. I've never seen anything like this. Theres a reason why he stops doing it halfway threw because the mood of the film changed. I really felt for her at the end. I don't know what the hell they are talking about.

why are these people reviewing a movie that a. fell asleep b. haven't watched it c. never read the book and finally d. look/act like they should be reviewing comicon movies instead?

BTW, I liked the different "take" artistically on the movie, wished it had a little more meat and slower pace but a very interesting version of a great classic.

But 1 thing I didn't like, on the other hand, was the pronunciation of Russian names, like Serhoza, Vronsky - sounded pretty bad in the movie.

These examples are not appropriate as different accent represent different regions or foreigners (which is not the case in this one). Think of it as dubbing...Russian is subtituated by English, because of the audience and it's British maybe to enhance the theater atmosphere. If they spoke in English with Russian accent in the film, that wouldn't have any sense- it would mean they are English-speaking Russians.

Well said. I'm bored of it and I am British. I would also like to highlight how brilliant Keira Knightley's Russian accent is in "A Dangerous Method" where she plays Sabina Speilrein. Definitely see that movie if you haven't already!
