How so?
This is a Christian Templar chant.
Templars were the Militant arm of the Catholic Church, who existed to repulse any and all threats to their God.
The Imperial Guard are the Militant arm of the Imperium, who exist to repulse any and all threats to their Holy God-Emperor.
It fits very well if you ask me.
