You can add weight with a pullover and press, do the bridgeup with weight, and you can do switches in your bridge, switching from back to front bridge and vice versa. You can also progress to flipping from front to back and vice versa. I'm not a wrestler anymore but I train my neck whenever I can.

holy crap, that's a strong neck and a flexible back

that was nasty. good job

incredible bridge here. I saw this one clip of a kid bridging against a pin so hard that he actually stood up the other kid pinning him up! When you see it, it defies what you think is possible for a sec. Tips for a solid bridge?
1.bridging 2.wall walks 3. ???

wow, and then following thru to a reversal, that's impressive
-
nice bridge is that john smith

@mrkiky If your back is flat on the ground it would be considered a pin and that is how you lose.

My favourite view of the male wrestler.

what's bad in being on your back? do you lose?
Ive tried that during a wrestling match and the kid halfed me and turned me to my stomach

Sounds like you did good. Bridging is to keep you off your back.
