The song is about kids on field trip or something and the teacher is trying to get them to line up in a certain order. Boy-girl-boy-girl thing. It might be a commentary on Japan's regulations and such. But I have a suspicion the characters that were changed in this went from "Man" and "woman" to "seme" and "uke" lol cute.
